28th Workshop of the IIS – European Division

Dear Colleagues,

The organisation committee would like to invite you on behalf of the International Isotope Society –  European Division – to the 28^th IIS-ED Workshop on May 7^th and 8^th. The focus of the workshop is the synthesis and application of isotopes and isotopically labelled compounds in all research disciplines. Amongst the topics to be covered are: new methods in synthetic organic chemistry relevant to isotopic labelling, applications of radioactive and stable labelled compounds in research and biosciences, PET chemistry, new trends in analytical and measurement techniques, radioactive storage management and waste disposal.

The organizing committee would like to encourage everybody to actively participate at this year’s face-to -face meeting. We would highly encourage PhD students, postdocs and young researchers to send in abstracts. The workshop will be held at the H+ Hotel Bad Soden.

Deadline for oral communication and poster abstracts: 1st April.
