27th Workshop of the IIS – European Division

Dear Colleagues,

the planning of the organizing committee started, it was decided to get back to a face-to-face meeting to foster the discussion and meeting culture. The IIS workshop will be held at the H4 Hotel Bad Soden.

The organisation committee would like to invite you on behalf of the International Isotope Society –  European Division – to the 27^th IIS-ED Workshop on June 27^th and 28^th.

The focus of the workshop is the synthesis and application of isotopes and isotopically labelled compounds in all research disciplines. Amongst the topics to be covered are: New methods in synthetic organic chemistry relevant to isotopic labelling, applications of radioactive and stable isotopically labelled compounds in research and biosciences, PET chemistry, new trends in analytics and measuring techniques, radioactive storage management and waste disposal.

The organizing committee would like to encourage everybody to actively participate at this year’s face-to -face meeting. We would highly encourage PhD students, postdocs and young researchers to send in abstracts. Therefore, the meeting will take place in the form of invited oral presentations.
